Keyword Clustering Tool Group keywords by the results Google actually shows.

Paste up to 50 keywords. We check each one's live top 10 on Google and group the keywords that share enough of the same ranking pages. Keywords in one group can usually be targeted by one page; stand-alone keywords need their own.

How it works

Clustering by SERP overlap, not by similar words

Many keyword grouping tools cluster by shared words, so "running shoes" and "running shoe repair" end up together even though they need different pages. This tool asks Google instead: if two keywords return many of the same top-10 pages, Google treats them as the same topic, and one page can rank for both.

  1. We fetch the live top 10 for every keyword in the market and on the device you pick.
  2. The highest-volume keyword (or the first one, without volume) starts the first cluster.
  3. Every other keyword joins if it shares at least the number of URLs you set (3 by default) with that keyword.
  4. Repeat with the next unassigned keyword until every keyword is in a cluster or stands alone.

Cost: one Google results page per keyword, $0.002 each at DataForSEO's live rate (checked 10 October 2026). 50 keywords cost about 10¢.

What to do with clusters

Turn each cluster into one page

  • One cluster, one page. Use the primary keyword in the title and H1, and cover the others in the body.
  • Stand-alone keywords need their own page, or a section on a closely related one.
  • Already have two pages for one cluster? They may be competing. Run the keyword cannibalisation checker.
  • Tight or loose? Use 3 shared URLs for most sites. Go stricter in competitive niches where intent splits finely.

FAQ

Keyword clustering FAQ

What is keyword clustering?

Grouping keywords that share the same search intent, so you can target each group with one page instead of writing near-duplicate pages that compete with each other.

What's the difference between keyword clustering and keyword grouping?

They mean the same thing. Some tools group by shared words; this one groups by shared Google results, which reflects how Google sees the keywords.

How many shared URLs should I use?

3 of the top 10 is a common standard. Use 2 for broader topic groups and 4 or 5 when you need very tight intent matches.

Why are some of my keywords not clustered?

They don't share enough ranking pages with any group, which usually means a different intent. Those keywords likely need their own page.

Plan pages Google will actually rank.

Cluster up to 50 keywords from live SERPs, for about 10¢.
