This Privacy Policy explains how Keyword Rank Checker (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use keywordrankchecker.in and our rank-tracking application at app.keywordrankchecker.in.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name and email address when you create an account, contact us through a form, or subscribe to updates; the domains and keywords you submit for rank checking.
  • Usage data: pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, collected via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager cookies.
  • Payment data: if you purchase API credits, payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

How we use your information

  • To provide keyword rank-checking results and maintain your account and credit balance.
  • To respond to support requests submitted through our contact forms.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Third-party services

Rank data is retrieved through the DataForSEO API. The keywords and domains you check are sent to DataForSEO to produce results; they are not linked to your personal identity by us. We also use Google Analytics (traffic measurement), Google Tag Manager (tag management), and a chat widget to help you reach us. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and to keep you signed in to the app. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work, though you may need to sign in again.

Comments

If you leave a comment on our blog, we collect the data shown in the comment form along with your IP address and browser user-agent to help with spam detection.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Rank-check history is kept so you can review past results. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
