This Privacy Policy explains what information Keyword Rank Checker (“we”, “us”) collects when you use keywordrankchecker.in, including the Keyword Rank Checker, Bulk Rank Checker, AI Visibility Checker and Looker Studio Regex Generator, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to remove it.

The short version

• You don’t need an account with us to use our tools.
• Your DataForSEO API login stays in your browser. We never store it.
• We don’t keep your rank checks, keywords or AI visibility reports. Results are shown in your browser and exported only if you choose to download them.
• We use analytics to understand how the site is used, and we keep the details you send through our contact form so we can reply.

Information we collect

• Contact form: when you message us, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
• Tool inputs: when you run a check, the domain, keywords, prompts, location and settings you enter are sent through our server to DataForSEO to fetch results. We don’t save them.
• DataForSEO API login: the API login and password you enter are kept in your browser’s session storage, or local storage if you tick “Remember on this device”. They are sent with each request to authenticate with DataForSEO and are never stored or logged on our server.
• Usage data: pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Abuse prevention: to rate-limit the tools, we temporarily keep a hashed (non-readable) form of your IP address for up to 10 minutes.
• Comments: if you comment on a blog post, we collect the details in the comment form plus your IP address and browser user agent, to help detect spam.

How we use your information

• To run the checks you request and show you the results.
• To reply to messages sent through our contact form.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To protect the tools from abuse.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use your tool inputs for advertising.

Third-party services

• DataForSEO processes the checks you run, using your own DataForSEO account. For AI visibility checks, DataForSEO sends your prompts to the AI provider you select (OpenAI ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) and returns the answer.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure site traffic.
• Hostinger hosts the website and may keep standard server logs.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies for analytics. Our tools use your browser’s session or local storage to remember your DataForSEO login if you choose to. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. The tools will keep working, though you’ll need to enter your API login again.

Data retention

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings. Tool inputs and results aren’t stored by us.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
