Guest posts · Link exchange or sponsored post
Write for Us Publish a guest post with a backlink to your site.
Get your article and your link on an SEO and AI search site, in one of two ways: give us a relevant backlink in exchange, or pay a one-time fee for a sponsored post.
How it works
Two ways to get published
Option 1 · Link exchange
Free link for link
You link to us, we publish your post with a link to you.
- You add one contextual link to keywordrankchecker.in from a relevant, indexed page on your site
- We publish your guest post with one contextual link plus your author bio link
- Your site should be in a related niche (SEO, marketing, SaaS, tech) with real organic traffic
- Both links stay live permanently; we check them from time to time
Option 2 · Sponsored post
One-time fee per post
No link needed in return. Ask us for the current rate.
- Up to two links to your site in the article, plus your author bio
- Published within 7 days of approval and payment
- Permanent placement, never removed or unlinked later
- Payment is due before publishing; editorial standards still apply
Not sure which suits you? Mention both in your pitch and we'll suggest one.

Guidelines
Guest post guidelines
- Original and unpublished. Your article must not appear anywhere else, including your own blog, and must stay exclusive to us after publishing.
- Written from experience. We want first-hand insight, examples, screenshots and data. Generic or mass-produced AI text will be declined; using AI to help edit is fine.
- Useful length. Usually 1,200 to 2,500 words: long enough to be complete, with no padding.
- Clear structure. Descriptive headings, short paragraphs, and sources linked for any statistic or claim.
- Links. Link exchange posts include one contextual link plus your bio link; sponsored posts include up to two links plus your bio link. Links must point to relevant pages on your own site.
- No off-topic or risky niches. We don't accept gambling, adult, CBD, crypto-promotion or link-farm content, whichever option you choose.

FAQ
Guest posting FAQ
How does the link exchange work?
You add one contextual link to keywordrankchecker.in from a relevant, indexed page on your site. In return we publish your guest post with one contextual link to you plus your author bio link. Neither post is charged for.
How much does a sponsored post cost?
It's a one-time fee per post. Email us or use the form with your topic and website, and we'll confirm the current rate. Payment is due before the post goes live.
Are the links permanent?
Yes. Links stay live for as long as the article is published. For link exchanges, we ask that your link to us stays live too.
Can I mention my own product?
Yes, where it's genuinely relevant and you disclose your connection. Articles that read as advertising will be declined.
How long until my article is published?
Usually within two to four weeks of the final draft being approved.
Can I republish the article elsewhere?
Please don't republish it in full. You're welcome to share a short excerpt with a link back to the original.
