Four match modes
Contains, exact match, starts with and ends with, so you can match anywhere in a value or the whole string.
Case control
Keep the original case, ignore case with (?i), or convert everything to lower or upper case.
Whole-word matching
Add word boundaries so "seo" doesn't also match "seoul".
Batch processing
One value per line. Patterns are combined with the OR operator ( | ) automatically.
Automatic escaping
Dots, slashes, question marks and other special characters are escaped for accurate matching.
Copy-paste ready
Patterns use RE2 syntax, which Looker Studio's REGEXP functions understand.

From list to filter in under a minute

- Pick a match type, case handling and whether to match whole words only.
- Copy the pattern the moment it updates.
- Paste it into Looker Studio as a filter condition (Matches regex) or inside REGEXP_MATCH in a calculated field.
